PRP + fat grafting, day 27

It’s already almost been a month since I had PRP fat grafting~~ For the first 3 days my face was extremely swollen, and from about 1 week onward the contours slowly started to show. In various areas of my face, especially the front cheeks, a boundary formed with the under-eye area, lumpy little grains could be felt, and I bruised so much I looked like a panda. My forehead stayed lumpy the whole time.... On day 10, I visited the clinic to have the stitches removed from my thigh... There was almost no bruising on my thigh, and removing the stitches took less than 1 minute. It didn’t hurt either... I told the doctor that my forehead was still lumpy and my face was uneven, and he smiled and said, “Please wait.” Of course~~ I waited, carrying around that lumpy forehead.... By day 14, the swelling went completely down~~ and along with it, the fat also completely~~~ disappeared. What is this??............. My skin was rough and flaky for all 10 days, and I wondered when I was supposed to see the PRP effect... Of course, I waited... Today, day 27, I went to receive the Fraxel they had included as a service. It wasn’t that expensive Fraxel that scabs over for a week, but something else. It stung a little while receiving it, and afterward it was slightly red, but nothing much happened. When I went in for that, the doctor looked at my face and seemed slightly surprised (since even he must have thought all the fat had disappeared, I guess he’d be surprised?) and then asked, “How long has it been since you had the fat grafting?” “It hasn’t even been a month yet, but all the fat is gone!!! At 2 weeks, it all!! disappeared!!!” Then the doctor smiled very, very brightly and said, “We can just put more in~~ haha” What is this~~~~ Ugh, am I supposed to laugh or cry? As if putting in fat is that easy. I went through all that hardship, and the anesthesia nearly killed me, seriously~~~ So I asked again and again whether a second round would really take well, and whether there would really be volume. He looked a little unsure and said, “That’s something we have to watch and see, but usually after a second round, the fat from the first round that disappeared may come back to life too.” Huh? Is that right>? Is that how it works? I paid extra for expensive PRP because they said it was good for fat survival and good for the skin, but I suffered for 2 weeks with lumpiness, then all the fat disappeared, there was no PRP effect, and my skin actually broke out in pimples. What is this~~~~ If I hadn’t done PRP with it, would the fat have disappeared in just a week? Other people say their forehead looks the prettiest afterward and that the fat takes well there, but for me it was lumpy from the beginning, didn’t look pretty, and now there’s nothing there!!! This makes me doubt the doctor’s skill. I’m so worried whether I should trust him with the second round too, or whether I’ll just go through the same hardship again and that’ll be the end of it. Of course, the money feels like such a waste too!!!! I should have known from the fact that there were no before-and-after photos for fat grafting, but I think I decided on the clinic too hastily. Only now do I realize that fat grafting is truly a procedure that requires skill. If it’s injected poorly, it becomes lumpy, boundaries form on the face, and it disappears quickly. Everyone, please really look carefully and get it done by a skilled doctor. Don’t just lose money and regret it like I did~~
