It’s been 8 months since I had epicanthoplasty, but one side has such severe scarring that I got scar-tissue injections 7 times, and now I’m at the 8-month mark. The scar is still severe, and I feel like the epicanthoplasty was overdone, so I went to a hospital specializing in epicanthoplasty restoration and asked about it. But they said I don’t have enough skin laxity and told me to come back in about 6 months. In cases like this, can extra skin laxity develop? I’m wondering if it really takes a full year for epicanthoplasty to completely settle Anyone with experience, please answer..

You did get a lot Skin laxity... hmm... first, wouldn’t the areas where you got those injections need some time to recover and return to some extent? And since skin also regenerates As time keeps passing and aging continues, maybe it could loosen and create some extra laxity, though it probably won’t loosen a lot.. that thought does come to mind
