Eye Side Effects

I had in-place epicanthoplasty; will I need to have it incised?

I wanted to get rid of my epicanthal folds, but they said an inner-corner epicanthoplasty probably wouldn’t be great because the distance between my eyes is already appropriate, so I had in-place epicanthoplasty and got rid of the epicanthal folds, you know? But when I gently pull the inner corner of my eye with my hand like that, there’s something white there like that I think it was originally there but became exposed because my eye shape changed slightly. Should I go to the clinic and ask them to incise it?? Or should I just live with it It’s only one eye AS is available for 1 year, so if I go and talk to them, they’ll probably do something for me, but I’m torn
