I had alar reduction and nasal tip cartilage suturing surgery a year ago. At first, the swelling lasted quite a long time, so I regretted it, but after about 8-9 months, I really liked it. Alar reduction and cartilage suturing are not surgeries that dramatically change your appearance in the first place; they’re more for personal satisfaction, so to other people, it doesn’t seem to look hugely different. The director was kind, and there was some trouble with the consultation manager over the price? issue because she kept changing what she said, but it was resolved well. Aftercare? seems a bit lacking... I went to get my stitches removed, but they didn’t remove all of them lol. A week after removal, I found a stitch left at home, so I went back and had it removed lolololol
