It was the first hospital where I had a consultation for alar reduction and nasal tip cartilage suture. I don’t like putting foreign materials into my nose and just wanted something natural, but they said because my nasal tip/alar area is firm, even if it looks natural, it wouldn’t reach the level I expected. They said that to get the result I wanted, they would need to take out ear cartilage? and insert it, so I didn’t have surgery here, but the consultation was detailed and kind.
