Eye Surgery Considerations

Clinic consultation review

The doctor’s consultation was okay and the reviews were not bad, so it initially met my expectations, but afterward, other factors, excluding the doctor, the overall response, kindness, tone, and behavior of the basic staff were all not good. Talking while not looking at the customer and looking elsewhere, raising their voice while speaking, or a male employee who, without asking the guardian’s understanding and without any context, notified them to move elsewhere because there were many customers, etc. Compared with other hospitals, these seem like areas where more training is needed. No matter how skilled the doctor is, if staff working in a service industry diminish that, well... I think each area should fulfill its own duties. They all get paid to do that, so I am leaving this post exactly as I felt about the unfortunate parts. Since they deal with people, I understand that it is hard, and I can understand a certain degree of hospital-like tone or formulaic speech, but I do not think this is the way to respond to a customer who came to spend several million won. Would I come twice? Would I introduce it to others? I wonder. If they do not think of patients only as money, I hope they look further ahead and improve. Kindness is also that hospital’s ability and skill. It makes people remember that hospital. Rather, the person doing security on the first floor smiled more kindly and greeted me by saying to have a good day, so it was so nice that it made a comparison.
