<Reason for surgery> Third year of working out, 180 cm/72 kg, body fat percentage 11%. No matter how much I exercised, my abs wouldn’t show, so I decided to do it. Since I was going to get liposuction anyway, I figured I might as well eat a lot, so I hit 85 kg before surgery and went into the operating room. <Log> Day of surgery - It really hurt a lot.. It wasn’t like muscle soreness. I stayed in bed all day. Day 2 - I felt like I was coming back to my senses a bit, but it hurt so much when sitting down, lying down, or getting up that I tried not to tense my abs and instead used strength elsewhere, and I was trembling like crazy... They say that when you get rabies, drinking water is so painful that you become scared just seeing water; like that, even imagining sitting, lying down, or getting up made me feel bleak. On top of that, my testicles swelled up like a handball player’s ball.. I wondered if this was going to make me impotent. Apparently it doesn’t happen to everyone and seems to occur by chance, but I guess I got it.. When urinating, it didn’t feel like it was coming out through the urethra; it just flowed down over my testicles like water coming out of a water balloon with one hole poked in it. Even urinating was painful. (They say for women, it can also happen to the labia minora by chance, and it’s likewise hell.) Day 3 - I still wasn’t used to the compression garment, and sitting hurt and was uncomfortable, so I kept standing while eating. They say you need to eat well to recover, but I was so scared of having a bowel movement that I think I only ate moderately. Day 4 - Just now, while I was lying down, I suddenly got an urgent signal for a bowel movement.. My testicles had gotten so big that I thought I absolutely wouldn’t be able to take off the compression garment, but as expected, humans are creatures of adaptation and shine in a crisis.. I took it off instantly and ran, and emptied myself enough to lose 1 kg of body weight.. Other things I want to say -I bought about 6 pairs of trunk underwear one size up, and they were really helpful while my testicles were swollen. - A gooseneck phone holder was also a big help. - The idea of a man getting liposuction and going back to work after three days seems like a lie unless he’s an extremely tough character.. It feels absolutely impossible. - The surgery seems to have gone well. Swelling or whatever aside, my love handles and abdomen are just gone. Unless someone is very obese, I think a body type like mine may actually be better suited for this surgery for cosmetic purposes. Satisfaction is already 100%
