Nose Re-Surgery

I had only the bridge of my nose done 3 years ago. Should I get revision surgery?

<Slight side view> About 3 years ago, I had really thin silicone, 1.5 mm? (probably), placed in the bridge of my nose. The nasal tip wasn’t touched at all... Honestly, I’ve been living with no problems, but lately, when I take photos or don’t wear makeup, I keep thinking the area between my eyebrows looks too high It feels like the starting point is too high? Anyway, I went for a consultation at another clinic, and after taking an X-ray and everything, they said the silicone itself isn’t high, but the starting point begins high for a woman’s nose. They also said my nasal tip is not severely droopy, but slightly droopy, and that my nostril wings are on the wider side. At this clinic, they suggested lowering the starting point of the bridge silicone and replacing it + using costal cartilage or septal cartilage + using ear cartilage.  But honestly, the reason I didn’t have my nasal tip done was because most nose surgeries end up looking pointy and artificial, and I really hate that look, so I thought I’d rather not touch the tip... Right now, I feel like I only want to lower the starting point of the nose silicone and replace it, plus get nostril reduction, but since I’m opening the nose anyway, would it be better to do the tip too? Honestly, my nose isn’t aesthetically perfect right now, but I’m living with the thought that I’m not going to be a celebrity anyway...
