Nose revision research list

I had my first nose surgery about a year and a half ago. First of all, I live overseas, so I prioritized safety above everything! But starting from around the one-year mark, my nasal tip has drooped so much, and I really don’t like my side profile, so when I go to Korea this time, I’m thinking of getting a nose revision and forehead fat grafting too. Before booking consultations, I made a list from my own research and organized the reviews I saw, so I was wondering if anyone here who has tried these places, or knows any blacklisted hospitals, could share! For reference, rather than something too flashy, since my face has a somewhat round look, I want a slightly rounded, natural-but-polished? kind of feel! ㄴㄴ Angel Nose - Seems similar to Cogelko? I saw reviews for both open and closed approaches, and not bad. They tend to shape the nose line in a style I like, but it’s a very large hospital, so I’m not sure which director to choose... ㅂㅇㅇ Cogelko Director ㄱㅇㅅ - Cogelko is closed; since the surgical method hasn’t been around for long, I’m a bit worried about safety. But for someone like me living overseas, the closed approach is appealing because of recovery There aren’t any old reviews ㄴㅇㄷ (Director ㅇㅂㅈ) - The director feels a bit young; the nose shape is nicely done. Feminine and natural-but-polished feel. Private clinic. ㅂㅂ (Director ㅈㅅㅇ) - The nasal tip line design is decent. ㅇㄴㄷ (Director ㅈㅅㄹ) - This is also a private clinic. Feels specialized in nose revision surgery. Looking at reviews, revisions for drooping nasal tips turn out well. ㅇㅆ (Director ㅇㄱㅈ) - Private clinic. To me, it feels completely natural; they don’t seem to project the columella much. There aren’t many reviews... I saw a comment saying they do it closed, but I don’t know whether they also do revisions closed. ㄹㄱ (Director ㅇㅅㄱ) - Private clinic. Said to be good at revisions. ㄷㄷㅇ (Director ㅇㅈㅎ) - Specializes in flashy results; they say natural-looking results are possible too. Seems detailed when designing. I saw their Instagram and somehow felt trust in them, but the reviews feel soooo flashy. ㅇㅇㄹㅁ (Director ㅎㅇㅈ) - There are reviews saying they’re unfriendly. From what I saw on Instagram, they seem professional. They seem to create pretty nose lines. ㅋㄷ (Director ㅂㅇㄱ) - By my standards, it has exactly the natural-but-polished feel I like. But from what I saw, there don’t seem to be many revision reviews..? ㅇㅌ (Director ㄱㅎㅇ) - Private clinic. Seems like it hasn’t been open long, but I saw that the director has a lot of revision experience elsewhere. ㅍㄴㅅ (Director ㅂㄱㅇ) - I saw it often on revision lists, so I put it on my list. For now, this is my research list, but there are so many that I might not be able to go to all the consultations.. Since it’s revision surgery, I’m trying to research as much as possible before going to consultations. What do you think?? For reference, for my first surgery I used ear cartilage and fascia, but for the revision I’m considering autologous costal cartilage.. I feel like that’s what I need so it won’t droop
