3 weeks since my first nose surgery I had hooked nose correction and nasal bridge osteotomies!! I used 3 mm silicone, and for the nasal tip I used autologous costal cartilage Honestly, I don’t completely love my post-op nose right now, but still, this much is okay, right ..? lololol I feel like it would have been okay even if it were a bit higher, but the doctor said my skin is really way too thin, so there’s a limit to how much it can be raised! (My skin really is thin) So even though I paid a lot for it, I think it’s better than looking obviously operated on, so I’m going to try to be satisfied with my nose now!! haha … What I like the most is the osteotomy. I really, really like that part. I hated how wide my nose was before, but making it slimmer was a stroke of genius ..
