My nose shows my nostrils, and I thought my nostrils were too big, so I had the surgery thinking it would be fine as long as only my alar base got smaller. When I just look at myself in the mirror, I do like that my nostrils look smaller. But in photos, it looks weird, like a trident?? or a mini fork.. I want to go back, but since they already cut it with an incision, I can’t go back. I regret it so much I really like that my nostrils got smaller. I was definitely satisfied! But now, more than 3 years later, it looks unnatural and I want to go back to my old face Because my nose got smaller, the empty space on my face looks bigger, and breathing has become uncomfortable. I like it, but I don’t like it. There are pros and cons, but the downside that I can’t go back is so big that I regret it
