In my previous post, after going to 5 places, there were places where I thought, this place might be relatively okay, but there was no place where I felt, this is definitely the place that reflects all my requests! so I went to three more places. My requests were silicone removal, using the existing cartilage to slightly lower the upturned nasal tip, and lowering the columella,, Once I started worrying about side effects, I did not have much greed for the nasal bridge, and I just wanted the nasal tip to become a bit sharper and prettier.. ㅊㅁ recommended leaving the nasal tip cartilage and removing only the silicone. They said I should not do nasal tip revision surgery. The expression was a bit like that, but like not mixing new food into food waste and eating it..... ㅁㄷㅇ said after removing the silicone, autologous costal cartilage is absolutely required. Nasal tip refinement. If autologous costal cartilage is not used, the nose may collapse or the shape may become strange. ㄹㅂㄹ recommended removing the silicone and absolutely using autologous costal cartilage. They said it can become more natural and prettier than now. If the silicone is removed and the septal cartilage is reused, the nose shape will become unattractive, like a flattened nose. I went to additional places with expectations... but I absolutely do not want to go as far as autologous costal cartilage, so I became more confused and devastated The more I do footwork, the more confused I get, so I feel like more consultations have no meaning.. and I’m tired too, so I decided to choose from the places I already visited..!
