<After surgery><After surgery><After surgery><Before and after surgery>Originally, my nostrils were a bit blunt-looking and my nasal bridge was low, so while improving all of that, I wanted to bring the columella out a bit and make the nasal tip rounded. I also had a bit of a hump, as you can see. I felt that something too slim or pointed wouldn’t suit me, and it wasn’t really the style I preferred either. So I brought a few reference photos I wanted, had a consultation with Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho, and got the surgery. The director looked at my face shape + skin thickness, and because of the nasal bridge millimeter issue, he suggested smoothing the bridge with Fitmeco and only slightly refining the hump! Maybe because Director Yoon Seok-ho is a Fitmeco key doctor, his explanation of the line was very detailed, and when designing it, he reflected my preferences well. He said that if I did functional nose surgery together, my breathing would improve too, so I had functional surgery at the same time! Originally, I was thinking about autologous costal cartilage, so I mentioned that during the consultation too, but the day before surgery, I changed to donated costal cartilage.. Looking back now, I think I made the right decision changing it. With donated costal cartilage, recovery is much faster and I don’t have to worry about a scar. Now that a lot of the swelling has gone down after surgery, my nostrils look slimmer, and the nasal tip came out round and natural, just the way I wanted (the nose I always used to make with Photoshop). The side line is smooth too, and it’s nice that breathing has become easier. Now my nose is looking more natural, and the things that felt a bit uncomfortable after nose surgery are becoming familiar and more comfortable! I’m really satisfied because just one nose change seems to make my overall impression look different and more refined!!
