I went after being recommended this hospital as one that prefers implant-free surgery. During the consultation, they smoothly explained the implant-free surgical method in detail. They said silicone was not needed at all, and because I already have a nasal bridge, they did not recommend implant surgery. During the consultation, the director showed me an approximate post-op look using Photoshop. After getting consultations at several places, I felt like I might not be satisfied with my result with an implant-free approach, so I ended up thinking again about implant-free surgery. Still, the explanation they gave about the implant-free method was very trustworthy and detailed.
