I’m the person who had nose surgery 6 months ago. I went knowing they would do it naturally, and since it was expensive I trusted them and left my nose to them. During the consultation, the manager was kind. I showed the director the photos I had prepared, but because I had a low bulbous nose, they said they couldn’t raise it to that height. They said it wouldn’t work. Still, they said they would make it similar. In other places they told me to use rib cartilage, but here they said it wasn’t necessary. The result is that the side profile is incredibly pretty and I like it. The height is also good. But the front view is still a bulbous nose. My nostrils were small, and after shrinking them they got even smaller, so when my nose is blocked it’s sometimes hard to breathe, and my nose moves a little with inhalation and exhalation. Still, I’m satisfied with the shape. Maybe because my nose was so bulbous, it couldn’t change the front view dramatically.. The disappointing part is the front view. Even during follow-up after surgery and before surgery, the director was honest and seemed to move quickly, but that didn’t mean they were careless or did a halfhearted job. Personally, even if they’re cool, I didn’t get a bad feeling. If a complication happens and they don’t do revision surgery later, I’d be furious, but so far it’s been a good memory. Other people say the front desk staff are rude, but for me the desk staff were really kind and friendly, so I liked them. They smiled and greeted me when I opened the door. The long-haired nurse in the treatment room was also nice. The shorter one was a bit cold and looked annoyed. The person who took photos was nice too, kind and helpful. I’m not sure if the manager was annoyed, but as time went on their attitude got worse, and I almost said something once. Of course, it was my first time and if abnormal symptoms appear, anyone would be scared, so when they answered with a tone that sounded like "you're overreacting, that's nothing serious," I was really angry, but when I went to the hospital they were kind again.
