<Before surgery><Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery>My nasal bones weren’t wide, but I did have fairly wide nostrils, so I had nostril reduction and rhinoplasty with donated costal cartilage at the clinic! After surgery, when I look from the front, I like that the spread around the nasal alar area looks more natural now. The shape is also moderately natural-glamorous, so it doesn’t look overdone. I used donated costal cartilage, and the director designed my nasal tip to be slightly rounded, so I don’t think it has an artificial feel either?! Also, they didn’t put cotton packing in my nose, so recovery was comfortable and faster without the cotton-packing discomfort everyone talks about. The director personally checked all my follow-ups and looked after me responsibly until the end, so I think that helped me recover well. Since it was my first surgery, I worried a lot, but it was less uncomfortable than I expected, and there was no pain, so I did kind of think, if it was going to be like this, I should’ve done it sooner lol
