It has been 8 months since I had implant-free hump-nose rhinoplasty at a clinic. Before my nose surgery, because of my dorsal hump, I would avoid taking photos, and retouching was a must. When seen from the side and front, because of the hump nose and stuffy-looking nose shape, I felt like my face looked compressed, but as my nose became smoothly elevated, my face looked slimmer and my facial structure looked more balanced! Thinking back to the day before my implant-free rhinoplasty, I was very worried, but now that my complex is gone, I absolutely do not regret it and I’m satisfied. I used ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and autologous dermis, and the nasal tip is still holding up. They made a nose that suits my face shape, so I’m very satisfied with my natural-looking, higher nose!
