My nose was originally short and upturned, but now that I think about it, it was a cute round nose, so I could have liked it. In my first surgery, they tried using the septum and also tried cartilage suturing, and in the next hospital where I had surgery, they also used donor rib cartilage and ear cartilage, but it didn’t get higher and the correction didn’t work. Since I can’t give up on the front-view effect, of course it has to get higher and the nostrils have to get longer
