<Before surgery><After surgery>I always felt very stressed because I had a short nose and a bulbous nose I felt like my nose didn’t fit my facial proportions, so I was self-conscious every time I took photos Even when doing makeup, I spent so much time only on shading the bridge and tip of my nose So I decided to have surgery with the mindset that if I was going to do it, I wanted a definite change I went around for consultations at various hospitals known for being good at nose surgery In the end, I chose a plastic surgery clinic! While consulting with Director Choi Tae-jun, I feel like I received a detailed recommendation for a surgical method that suited my face He said that using silicone for the nasal bridge and donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip would make it possible to create a natural and refined line without worrying about the nasal tip drooping At first, I was unsure about the choice of materials, but thanks to the director’s thorough explanation, I think I became confident right away I was really satisfied with the change after rhinoplasty My short, blunt bulbous nose improved noticeably, and I feel like my overall facial proportions became much more harmonious The director said my nose qualified as a short nose and said he would improve that part too, and when I actually compare the before- and after-surgery photos my previously short nose definitely became more harmonious with my facial proportions! The swelling went down faster than I expected, and after about 2 weeks it settled naturally My makeup has actually become much simpler than before surgery and I no longer need to cover my nose with heavy shading like I used to haha These days I spend more time looking in the mirror, and when friends ask to take photos, I take them confidently People around me keep asking things like, “Your nose is really pretty, where did you get it done?” In conclusion, I feel like I got the natural yet polished nose I wanted This completely resolved my complex!
