It’s been about 12 days since I had eye and nose surgery at Wooain. For my eyes, I had an incisional inner double eyelid procedure and eye shape correction, and for my nose, I had bulbous nose correction, columella extension, etc., using only costal cartilage. Originally, my eyes looked a little sleepy, and from the front my glabella looked wide, giving my face a flat impression. The director said my horizontal eye length was sufficient, so I should not get epicanthoplasty, and that raising the nose height and doing eye shape correction would also improve the impression of the glabella area. After surgery, the glabella area really looks much better, and now that I have a nasal bridge I never had before, my face looks more three-dimensional. My septum was small and deviated, so only costal cartilage was used for my nose. For about 2 days after surgery, it was uncomfortable to breathe, and the costal cartilage harvest site felt tight when I coughed, but I walked and applied cold compresses every day, and from around day 6 the swelling went down a lot. From the side, the line from my forehead to my chin connects naturally, and since my nose is higher now, my overall proportions look prettier. Honestly, since the clinic is famous for noses, I had high expectations for my nose, but people around me actually said my eyes turned out better. Rather than the nose, which is still swollen, I think the eyes that became natural and more defined stand out first. I’m also really satisfied because my eyes turned out very natural.
