The nostrils look different from below. Well, they weren’t identical even before surgery, so that could happen, but it also feels like it’s shifted to one side. When I talked to the hospital, they told me to come in and said they would fill the sunken area with filler, but I’m wondering if it’s really okay to put filler into a nose that’s had surgery....
