About the nasal tip coming down

After surgery, my nasal tip became red and raised like Rudolph's nose, so I thought it was inflammation and went in thinking maybe I should at least get antibiotics. I ended up having revision surgery on the day it had been one week since surgery. They said my nose was short and my skin didn't stretch, so the cartilage had protruded. Well, since they blamed my skin, but agreed to do the revision without much issue, and since I'm entrusting my face to them, I didn't want to raise my voice, so I quietly and obediently had the revision, and today is day 5. But the nasal tip (the nostril side where the incision was made inside the nose) has sunken in. You can see it with the eyes, and it feels even worse when touched. On top of that, the nasal tip has come down. It's slightly droopy, like a hump nose or arrow nose. During surgery they told me to say what I wanted, and because they kept saying my nose was short and small, they said if they made it high, my nose would look upturned. So I said I didn't like an upturned nose, and that it was okay if it wasn't high, I just asked them to make sure it didn't become an upturned nose. I never asked them to pull the nasal tip down this much. They say you can't know until the swelling goes down, but swelling going down won't fill in sunken skin or make a nose that has dropped go back up. Of course they should do revision surgery for free for this, right? But someone I know is worried, saying if the clinic answers, “You said you didn't like an upturned nose, so we lowered the nasal tip,” then that's the end of it. I never imagined I'd be worried because my nose became longer. For the first issue, they told me it could cause inflammation and to remove it quickly, so I had revision surgery after only 5 days, before the swelling had even gone down. For this, if I need another revision, what is the minimum amount of time I have to wait? And is it okay to operate two more times by incising the same area? I really don't think I can go around like this if I don't get revision surgery. From the side, my nasal tip has come down and I look like a witch. Aside from the glabella, I don't think it's swelling. Please answer..
