Hello~ This is a review of my breast augmentation surgery and abdominal & upper-arm liposuction. I’m now entering week 2 since surgery. I’m wearing compression garments after surgery. They said that if I used the upper band from the beginning, my breasts could come down too much, so I’ve started wearing it from week 2. I’m just waiting for the day I can quickly take off the compression garments and upper band. The upper band isn’t something everyone has to use, but they said it would be good for me to wear it a little because my chest muscles are on the thicker side. The liposuction areas bruised more than I expected (I’m originally the type who bruises easily), so I really hope the bruising goes away quickly I’m waiting, thinking time will take care of it. By week 2, the swelling in my abdomen started going down, and I can really feel that a lot of fat is gone. As for the breast area, honestly, I had almost no pain from the beginning. Sometimes I had a very slight tingling sensation and pressure, but by week 2, that has also improved a lot. You can tell from the photos, but my breasts were really small and now they’ve gotten much bigger. I wanted natural-looking breasts, so I think they’ll come out around a full B or C cup. I think I’ll only know the exact cup size after some time passes. Because my muscles are thick and my rib cage is quite wide, to make sure the result looked natural and not excessively large, I trusted the director with the implant choice and size selection. Every week when I go to have the surgical sites disinfected, the director personally checks them and disinfects them. Usually a nurse might do it, but I think it’s good that the director personally looks at everything and does it. I didn’t want a factory-style hospital, and I decided based on the atmosphere during the consultation and how I felt during the consultation with the director. They said they only do the transaxillary approach no matter what, because the reason for having breast surgery is to look pretty, and an inframammary incision inevitably leaves a scar. From things like that, I felt that the director had their own philosophy. Fortunately, even after surgery, they’ve been taking very detailed care of me, so I feel like the scars won’t be very noticeable. The director seems to have an extremely meticulous personality, and since they personally take care of every little thing, I trust them even more. I still haven’t seen the transaxillary incision area, but the director dresses it right away each time and personally applies the tape. (I hope the scarring won’t be too noticeable...) I also found it trustworthy that Director Kim Min-young is the only director there. I had consultations at a few places, and I think there are places where you just get a certain feeling. I got exactly that feeling at Foret. It’s still only week 2 I think time is the medicine. I’m hoping I can quickly take off the compression garments and that my breasts become natural-looking. You may think choosing the hospital is very important, and I think you’ll know if you go for consultations in person. Try consultations at several places and decide carefully~
