Are these symptoms of inflammation?

First of all, I did not use an implant. I only used septal cartilage, had osteotomy, and had a bit of the hump shaved down. At first, the osteotomy site wouldn’t stop bleeding, so blood collected in the septum, and I even had a procedure to drain the blood. I had a slight fever and throbbing pain, but since I didn’t have an implant placed, I was told that even if inflammation occurred, it would heal naturally, so I got antibiotic injections about three times. After that, there was no bleeding and no throbbing pain, so I thought it had gone away. But now it’s been over 3 weeks since surgery, and there’s a strange smell from my nose (not every day), and 3 days ago blood came out of my nose. The inside of my nose also stings and tingles. Are these symptoms of inflammation? They say the chance of inflammation becomes very low if there’s no implant, so why am I like this? Is it because the wound site hasn’t healed yet? It’s not even my fault, but now I feel self-conscious about contacting the hospital and going there again..
