It's my first surgery, and since my nose is very low and bulbous, I had a consultation about autologous costal cartilage, 4 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, lowering the columella, short nose correction, the nasolabial angle and so on, and it came out to around 5.2 million. It's my first time getting a nose consultation, so I'm not sure, but is this amount okay? At ㅇㄴㄷ Plastic Surgery, they quoted me in the 6 million range;; After the consultation, I joined this community and found out that a lot of people say Director ㅅㅅㅈ has many cases of crooked noses, and ㅅㅈㅎ seems to have a similar style too, so I'm torn Should I also get a consultation with ㅅㅈㅎ… I'm still only 20, but do you recommend using autologous costal cartilage for a first surgery?
