I had zygoma reduction and forehead fat grafting from the director when they were at Top Tier Plastic Surgery. The rhinoplasty I had from another director at Top Tier caused side effects, so I’m still struggling with it, but the zygoma reduction and forehead fat grafting turned out so well that they’re still maintained well without side effects. I also have good memories of how kind they were and how well they explained things whenever I went for consultations or progress checks. Even when I asked about things I was curious about, they consulted slowly and in detail, and I immediately felt that zygoma surgery had to be done here, so even though bone surgery is a scary surgery, I trusted them and went through with it.
