I had plastic surgery... in February 2009 I asked them to raise it just slightly, just a little more defined.. So they said they would raise the nasal bridge about 3 mm and the nasal tip about 4 mm with septal cartilage.. But as soon as I got on the operating table, the doctor said.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ms. 00, we can't raise your nose much. This is not a nose that can be raised. I heard it clearly..ㅡㅡ; So in the end, the nasal bridge was raised 1 mm, and the tip was raised a little under 3 mm.. with septal cartilage.. Then I was shocked by how I looked different.. I begged and pleaded, and about 3 weeks later had the silicone removed. Swelling was not the problem... It wasn't ordinary swelling; the nasal bridge had become wider.. Anyway, it was terrible.. All the silicone was removed, and the doctor said removing the nasal tip was dangerous, so they only lowered it. I think they lowered it by about half.. But even after removal... problems appeared.. First, the upper area where I marked with two solid lines has become slightly sunken. In the photo it may not look very sunken.. but on the subway or if the light hits wrong, it looks like clay pressed firmly with a thumb. It's the area where they shaved down the dorsal hump.. A dorsal hump I didn't even have. I don't know why they shaved it..ㅡㅜ Also, depending on the angle, the nasal bridge looks bumpy and very crooked.. And the nasal tip.. became much bigger... Rather than bigger, maybe I should say it became rounder, like a bead was stuck in it lol ㅡㅡ; Every friend who sees me says I looked much better before.. I... don't know what to do... Can the depressed area be filled with filler.. If I remove the tip, can it become at least a little slimmer like before? After one surgery, I'm so scared.. Please give me some advice ㅜ,ㅜ If you leave a comment, I'll pray that your surgery goes well ㅜ.,ㅡ lol
