If it had been beautifully large, it would have been fine, but it was a bit crooked and even had a hump, so after thinking about it for about 2 years, I had surgery. I had surgery on the nasal bridge and nasal tip, and donor costal cartilage was used. After the surgery, the crooked nose was corrected and the hump became smooth, so when viewed from the front, my nose looks slimmer and seems to match my face well? There is no nasal tip drooping either. Before surgery, I rarely took side-profile photos, but these days I think I take them pretty often lol
