I find it annoying to go around to a lot of places for consultations, so I usually think carefully and visit 1-2 clinics, then decide on the one I like among them. This time, I somehow ended up booking a consultation at ㅇㄷ after watching YouTube. My face is the type where the midface is long like a highway, and my nose is long too. So I absolutely wanted my nose to look shorter by lifting only the nasal tip, without any implant, and I didn't bring any specific reference photos. The consultation went consultant-director-consultant, and I did get the impression that the director explained things carefully while drawing diagrams. But a few years ago, I had gone to this clinic for a double-eyelid consultation too, though I ended up getting it done somewhere else. This place uses its own standalone building and has operated for a really long time without changing its name or director, so it does feel trustworthy, but somehow it was hard to find that many reviews, so I felt a bit unsure.. But the photos they showed me really had the same feel as my before-nose, and it looked naturally and prettily lifted, which matched my taste. After thinking about it, since I had already gone there decided on getting the lateral canthoplasty there anyway, I went ahead and scheduled a date for the nose too. I'll probably get one more consultation sometime this week, and unless something major changes, I think I'll get it done at one of those two places! Since it's my first nose surgery, I don't really know what to ask, so this is kind of disorganized. Would correcting my long nose make my philtrum look longer? - The philtrum will not get longer than it is now, and the lip will not be lifted. Is there a method specifically suited to my nose? - If an implant is inserted, it will look longer, so they strongly recommend doing it without an implant. - Just raise the nasal bridge with septal cartilage and refine the hump a bit. I'm scared that the nasal tip might start drooping. - They can't guarantee 100% that it won't happen, but if surgery is done well without overdoing it, the chance is low. Those were the main questions, and they explained while looking at my nostril size and touching my nasal bridge and tip. They didn't insert a cotton swab into my nose and stretch it. I want my nose to become shorter, which means the nasal tip has to be lifted quite a bit, and then the nostrils would be visible from the front. I was scared that my nostrils might show too much, but they said they would adjust it to a line where it looks pretty. Overall, the director was cynical, but explained kindly and made things easy to understand.

스물넷 Wow, my friend got her nose done here, and the director is good. She used to always say she had to Photoshop because of her nose, but now she's confident lol. My friend also said the director's way of speaking is cool and breezy, but he seemed confident, so she did it here.
부링글 [@] Oh right, the director was exactly like that. I could really feel that he had confidence in his surgical method lol.
ttt0420 I liked the director too, so I booked here!! Hope we all get good results..
