Honestly, this nose surgery didn’t start with excitement from the beginning. During my first surgery, I developed inflammation, so while removing the inflammation, they also removed the silicone.. After everything was removed, my nose was even more crooked than before surgery, and I couldn’t breathe through one side of my nose, so it was really hard Because of my fear after the failed nose surgery, I lived without even thinking about revision surgery, but not being able to breathe was so difficult that I decided to get revision surgery while also having rhinitis surgery, and that’s how I found Lowell Plastic Surgery and went in for a consultation. During the consultation, they explained in detail why the inflammation had occurred and what kind of surgical method would be needed, so I felt trust. After the consultation, I decided to use a 3D implant and have an implant made to fit my nose exactly, and they used quadruple fixation to prevent drooping and deviation! Honestly, revision surgery felt scarier and came with more worries than the first surgery, but Director Kim Jae-yoon responded so calmly that I felt much more at ease. The consultant was also kind, and when explaining the cost, there were no extra charges added and the event price stayed the same. In conclusion, now that it has been about a month, I’m really satisfied. The first thing I felt was that breathing became so much easier. Before, I could barely breathe through one side of my nose, but now I can breathe freely through both sides, so daily life has become so much more comfortable. And the nose line! I didn’t want an excessively high nasal bridge; I wanted a line that suited my face shape while still giving a definite change, and it came out exactly like that. Especially in profile, the flowing line is so pretty, and the nasal tip shape was refined nicely, so I’m really satisfied. With my previous surgery, I always felt like something was lacking, but I finally got the semi-ski-slope line I had wanted since my first surgery I was really worried my nasal tip might look bulky, but even now, when the swelling hasn’t fully gone down, it isn’t bulky and is slim, so I’m extremely satisfied!! After struggling with inflammation, deciding to have surgery again was a really big decision, but getting surgery at Lowell feels like the best thing I did this year. Thank you, Director!!
