Isn’t the commonly done under-eye fat repositioning usually for when the under-eye fat is bulging and uneven..? I think mine is just hollowed out in a half-moon shape because I don’t have enough fat. Is there anyone here like this? I saw a photo of my face after putting on makeup and going out, and I was shocked because I looked so tired.. I tried to cover it as much as I could, but I can’t exactly fill in the hollowed area with concealer and apply it like that every time.. Rather than filler or another filling procedure, would getting something like fat grafting be more definite and better..? I’m in my early 20s, so I’m not even sure if fat grafting is the right thing to do, so I’m leaving this here.. If anyone has had under-eye fat grafting, please help me

I had looked into both under-eye fat repositioning and eye fat grafting, but at the clinic they said I could just do under-eye fat repositioning, so I didn’t do it. But when I saw eye fat grafting reviews, the results looked naturally good.
