Eye Re-Surgery

I had revision double-eyelid surgery, but the thread is protruding

I had natural adhesion double-eyelid surgery, but it came undone, so the clinic did an after-service revision for me. They did it the same way, with natural adhesion, and now it’s been about 9 months. I’m not sure if it’s the area where I had the canthoplasty or what, but anyway, when I close my eyes, the thread protrudes near the inner corner of my eye It’s sticking out in a long straight line, bulging outside the skin. Even when I actually touch it, the other areas are fine, but I can feel the thread only in that spot… The clinic says it’s because of swelling and that it’ll be okay once all the residual swelling goes down But I feel like it’ll be the same even after the swelling goes down.. They said they won’t do another revision once they’ve already done it once.. Is there anyone like me..? Does anyone know why this happens Could it really be because of swelling..???
