Closed rhinoplasty consultation review: ㅇㅈㅋ, ㄹㄴㅋ

Everyone, it seems like many people are considering closed rhinoplasty (cartilage particle injection), so I’ll write a review after getting consultations at two places! First, my nose is not low overall, but the nasal tip is round and slightly spread out, and I mainly want to raise only the nasal bridge. And the look I’m going for is the Chinese-beauty look you see on Instagram. (The post got long and was cut off, so I’m uploading it again..) 1. ㄴㄴ ㅇㅈㅋ 1) The hospital is very large, systematic, and kind 1) The consultation manager was honest and didn’t push anything excessive. Even though I asked a lot of questions, she explained everything well, so that was good. 2) The director also explains things easily and carefully. But he didn’t ask about the shape I was aiming for or anything like that. 3) They said injections don’t cause a major shape change and only increase height, and since how much can be raised depends on the amount of cartilage the person has, they can’t guarantee exactly how much higher it will get, but it will definitely improve noticeably. They also said the nostrils won’t become longer. 4) I also asked about side effects, and they said there aren’t major side effects, but some cartilage absorption can happen; however, it probably won’t be visibly absorbed, and the final appearance is at 6 months after surgery. They explained that it varies by person, so cartilage absorption may not happen at all or may happen a lot (ex. even in open nasal tip surgery, cartilage is used, and in some cases it gets absorbed and people have revision surgery, while in other cases it maintains well; it differs for each person). 5) They additionally recommended cartilage tying for me, and explained that because my nose shape is round, tying and lifting it would make it rise more, and would help prop up the inserted cartilage like a support strut. 2. ㅂㅅㅎㅇㄱ ㄹㄴㅋ 1) With the consultation manager, it was only a complete preliminary medical questionnaire 2) The director explained things in great detail, while really squishing his own nose It seemed like the director has a good aesthetic sense, and he said his goal is to make it as safe and pretty as possible, and that he himself has to feel that way to be satisfied 3) He recommended ㄹㄴㅋ + raising the nasal tip with septal cartilage. Before the full consultation, he asked what nose shape I wanted, so I showed him, and he said that with only ㄹㄴㅋ, I wouldn’t get the look I’m aiming for, so he recommended doing nasal tip projection with septal cartilage together He said the look I’m going for is clearly a refined, sharply lifted look, and since my nasal tip is very round, doing them together would have amazing synergy, and he explained while again squishing and pulling his own nose 4) It seems like you have to go to the hospital often after surgery for postoperative care and progress checks
