Because of the glasses I wore when I was young, I did not like my flat nasal bridge, so I went for a consultation thinking about getting nose surgery! What I wanted was autologous costal cartilage, and unlike other places, they explained how the surgery would be done if I wanted autologous costal cartilage, which made me feel like they respected the needs I had, so I liked it. At other places, they had stopped me by saying things like I did not need to use autologous costal cartilage, so I think I liked it even more!!
