I went for a consultation because I wanted a rounded, natural yet defined nose, but they said what I wanted was impossible and consulted me to just do something like alar reduction and add cartilage to slightly change the shape, so I was disappointed. They opposed raising both the nasal bridge and the nasal tip more. I just wanted to take my whole nose apart and have revision surgery, but they only recommended something simple, so I do not think I can do it here.
