Even though I had made a reservation and went, the wait was too long. I waited for two hours and was about to go home, and that was when the consultation started. The director looked tired and seemed to be in a bad mood, so I couldn’t ask almost any of the questions I had prepared, and the consultation ended in under 3 minutes. There was pressure to make a same-day reservation.
