3 years ago, I had my eyes and nose operated on here for the first time. At the time, the clinics I went to for consultations said my nose was an easy case to operate on, and some clinics even said it seemed like I didn’t need surgery. This clinic said the same thing as the others. But I disliked how my nostrils looked spread out, so I was only thinking of slightly reducing the nostril width. If they were going to put in silicone, I wanted it to be very thin, just to make the line look smooth. This clinic also said my nose was already high, so that approach would be good, so I had the surgery here. But the surgical result turned into an obviously overdone “plastic surgery” nose. My already high nose was made way too high, so it looked unnatural, and on top of that they reduced the nostril width, so from the front it became an upturned nose that looked lifted. The nasal bridge also looks crooked, the line is bumpy, and it’s the worst.
