You could give a plus point for not coming out during surgery, but if it went over by this much, I even became suspicious that something unexpected happened during the previous surgery and it ran long. The consultation itself was ordinary. They analyzed the current condition of my nose. Looking at the CT, they briefly told me the amount of septal cartilage and the surgical plan. It was good that I could see my nose from a doctor’s perspective. They told me clearly when something was not possible. I don’t think it’s appropriate as a first consultation; it would be better to do some research on materials and bring what you want.
