I shopped around at a total of two places. The first hospital said that because my skin is thin, silicone would show a lot if inserted, so their plan was mainly to raise only the nasal tip, slightly refine the hump, and fill the step-off with cartilage? But somehow it felt like they had just forced the plan to fit the estimated amount I first wrote down? The total was 4.35 million won. The second hospital suggested 3 mm silicone and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and with an acquaintance discount the total came out to 3 million won.. But the second hospital didn’t take a CT and just went straight to “silicone!” which feels a bit concerning, but my friend’s result turned out so well… Where would it be right to do it? The price difference is more than 1 million won, more than I expected, so I’m wondering if this makes sense too
