The consultation manager was someone who had worked in the operating room, so in their own way they were professional. Maybe because this is a hospital famous for revision surgery and foreign body removal, they didn't recommend anything that seemed risky. They seem to prefer a more dramatic line for nose surgery. There was no pressure for a deposit or anything like that, and there was no consultation fee
