Hello, I had surgery this January to shave down my hump nose, with osteotomy and work up to the nasal tip. Since this was my first nose surgery, I had high expectations, but now, about 3 months later, I am considering revision surgery.. When viewed from below, the column between my nostrils is displaced and drooping to the right, and maybe the nasal septum and the silicone implant on the nasal bridge were not connected well, because I can feel a boundary too. When I take photos, it stands out even more, so it is really stressing me out... I honestly want to cry. I hope everyone thinks carefully before getting surgery.
