I had nose surgery, and it turned out so natural that nobody even knows I had it I wanted something natural, so it's fine, but I think people will have very mixed opinions about it. The director was kind and listened well. In contrast, the manager seemed to listen carelessly and speak carelessly.. after that I didn't really talk much with the manager.
