I previously posted side-profile before-and-after photos one week after my second round of full-face fat grafting, but many people asked me to upload front-view photos too, so I’m posting again. The front view is about 4 weeks after the second round~ When I had my consultation, I asked the director to pay special attention to my forehead and temple areas. Honestly, after the first round, most of the fat seemed to disappear, and the thigh where the fat was harvested hurt for about a week. So I was really worried about what I’d do if the fat didn’t engraft well, but luckily, after the second round, the engraftment was good~ The director said he had his own know-how for the temple area, and anyway, overall it doesn’t look too obviously surgical and seems to be changing naturally, so I’m happy with it~
