My skin sagged after cheekbone surgery

I had cheekbone surgery last May, using incisions inside the mouth and next to the ear... The hospital said I’d have no problem with daily life after 2 weeks, but once I actually did it, even after a month my face was so swollen that daily life was hard, and then it gradually went down. It’s been 8 months now, and my current condition is that my skin is dry and rough, and it always feels kind of floating? My skin also looks saggyㅜㅜ The lower area around my eyes, meaning the area where the cheekbone was cut, is sunken... People around me all say I look worse than before... Even to me, my face looks strange and unnatural... My old face wasn’t ugly, but it was a bit wide, so I did it because I wanted a slimmer face, but I guess my greed caused trouble... Now I’m thinking about revision surgery, but since I failed once, fear comes first. They say bone surgery, especially cheekbone surgery more than jaw surgery, has many side effects. Everyone, if you can avoid it, don’t touch your cheekbones. Also, for those who had cheekbone surgery, does the dry, rough skin come back? Or do you have to live like this? I’d also appreciate recommendations for hospitals good at cheekbone surgery~~~ I urgently want revision surgery.
