I had rhinoplasty in 2018, and now I'm in my 7th year with no particular problems. I have an ordinary face and my nasal bridge was very low, so I couldn't really go for a flashy look, and I didn't want one either. I had the surgery because my needs aligned well with the director, who didn't push anything excessive and gave an honest diagnosis. I hope nothing happens going forward either.
