Actually, when they told me the price for each item, I thought, ah, because my nose is like this, these extra costs are being added, so I guess this makes sense.. I’ll go in with the mindset of finishing it in one go. The director at The Nan is Director Kim Guk-jin!! Thank you so much for the advice!!

It’s because it’s a bulbous nose.

If they use autologous costal cartilage, it’s usually expensive..? I heard nose surgery can go up to the 10 million won range if it’s expensive. If they’re using autologous costal cartilage and it’s bulbous nose surgery, 7 million isn’t cheap, but I really don’t think you’re being taken advantage of. And 5 million at a factory-style clinic is a different story ㅁㅎ and ㄷㄴ are both not factory-style clinics, and they’re hospitals famous for nose surgery. Also, I actually think if nose surgery is too cheap, you get what you pay for.. If it goes wrong later and you need revision surgery, that’s even more expensive..
