Clinic community review

I had been thinking I would definitely get my nose done at a private clinic, and I had already even set a date at another hospital, but nose surgery ads kept popping up on Instagram, so I applied. The hospital was so big that I waited while taking the elevator back and forth in this order, lobby - 14th floor? - 12th floor? or something like that. There were also a lot of foreigners. After consulting with the manager, they matched me with a director who seemed like he would suit me well, but the director felt a bit careless and rushed…? so my first impression wasn’t great.. As soon as he came into the room, he told me to sit facing him, spun the chair this way and that, analyzed my nose from each angle, drew on a tablet, and started explaining. He didn’t particularly force me to get other procedures, and I’ve been to several nose surgery consultations, but only two hospitals pointed out that the nasolabial fold area was sunken. At one place, they recommended a paranasal implant/filler, and here they recommended fat grafting. I asked, “It’s okay to get filler and later have surgery on the nasolabial fold area, right?” but communication didn’t go well, and I guess he thought I meant getting filler and then nose surgery, so he scolded me; it felt like being scolded by a neighborhood uncle.. lol Aside from the first impression, the consultation was okay to that extent. The price was good, and I felt like the director’s surgical style suited me, so I thought about it, but I had continuously been recommended autologous costal cartilage, and I came with my mind set on autologous costal cartilage. However, the manager said the scar from autologous costal cartilage is bigger than expected, it shows clearly, there’s no difference between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, and if I’m a young woman, they recommend donated costal cartilage. Because of that, I felt that point didn’t match me, and since it was such a large hospital, I thought it over and decided on the hospital I had originally planned to go with.
