If you want a pretty nose, I recommend going to a board-certified plastic surgeon at a plastic surgery clinic. The nasal tip and the silicone separated, creating a boundary line. The nasal tip completely drooped. Something blunt also protrudes at the nasal tip. A slight hump was still left too, so I went for a revision surgery consultation, but they said, "Doesn't it have a natural charm?" and sent me away.
