First of all, the wait was way too long. They said the director I had requested went straight into surgery before my consultation, so I might have to wait more than 2 hours, so I got a consultation with a different director. Maybe because I had previously been to a clinic connected with an ENT department, but it seemed like they use the septal cartilage excessively, and they talked as if it didn’t matter because septal cartilage only serves as support. So for now, I completely tore up the idea of surgery. The manager was kind, and the waiting area seemed like the place where they had spent the most money on the interior, but it strongly gave off a factory-style feel. Personally, I wouldn’t really recommend it.
