<August 9><August 9><August 9>It’s already been 10 weeks since my double eyelid surgery haha I couldn’t go in for a follow-up, and I wondered if I should have visited one more time, but the swelling has gone down so much and the scars have faded so much that I wonder why I even worried about that! It probably depends on the clinic, but they told me scar ointments often contain silicone, so they don’t recommend applying them separately because it can be dangerous if it gets into the eyes! So I was worried, but with makeup it’s barely noticeable, and when I felt a bit self-conscious normally, I wore glasses. These days the redness has faded a lot too, so I don’t worry about it and just go around freely!! Friends who don’t know much about plastic surgery ask if I lost weight lolololol, and friends who know I had double eyelid surgery all say it turned out well, that my eyes got really big, and that I did such a good job getting it done! Most of all, I had been debating between nose surgery and double eyelid surgery with my mom, and after I got double eyelid surgery, my mom said my nose looks higher too!! But I felt the same way when looking in the mirror haha. I wondered if it was just me, but I guess my mom, who sees me every day, felt it too..!! The line has settled naturally, with just the right amount of visibility that I wanted! I’m seriously so satisfied These days I’m not embarrassed even going out bare-faced. My eyes got bigger with just ptosis correction and incision, so even the complex I had about my face looking wide and flat seems less noticeable, and I’ve totally overcome my face slump these days!! haha I’m happy
